My name’s Amanda, pleasure to meet you!
I started this blog back in February 2010 for 2 reasons:
1. I was insanely jealous of a friends witty blog; and
2. To help motivate me and keep me on track with my goals.
I struggled for a long time to lose weight and after being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS for short) and mild insulin resistance I decided to get serious and lose the weight for GOOD. This blog documents how I did so as well as chronicles my new improved and healthier lifestyle.
